Anatel, with its modern machinery and experienced technical team; It produces spring steel wire in the diameter range of 1.20 mm and 5.00 mm, from medium and high carbon steel, within the scope of TS EN 10270-1+A1 standards.
Anathel; It manages process details according to customer expectations, from raw material selection to wire rod surface coating process, from rolling series design to chemical selection to be used during shooting, and serves the mattress, furniture and industrial spring sectors with the spring steel wires it produces.
Spring Steel Wire Packaging
Anatel produces spring wires according to customer preference; In the weight range of 100 kg – 900 kg; With coil, cardboard core roll, standard six-arm basket or thin construction basket packaging options; It can be shipped by wrapping it in nylon, stretch, PP or PE packaging material. In the roll packaging option, core cardboard diameter can be applied in the range of 400 mm – 500 mm.
